What digital cameras are the best to buy,if you want to make 8×10 pictures?

I was just wondering what digital cameras are the best for making 8×10 pictures? I have heard that some cameras make up to a 5×7 picture when printed out,but I would like one that makes a really nice 8×10 picture,especially if it is a really nice family picture.
